These Terms of Service govern your use of wynnutrition.com 
and your purchase of WYN Nutrition products.

Products and statements:
WYN Restore is a dietary supplement. These statements 
have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug 
Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, 
treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results may vary 
between individuals.

Medical disclaimer:
WYN Restore is not a pharmaceutical product and is not 
intended to replace medical treatment or hormone 
replacement therapy. Consult your physician before use 
if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have 
a known medical condition.

Allergen notice:
WYN Restore contains soy and is produced in a facility 
that processes milk, wheat, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, 
fish, and shellfish. It is not suitable for vegans or 
vegetarians as capsules contain bovine gelatin.

Pricing and orders:
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to 
update pricing at any time. Orders are processed through 
Shopify's secure checkout. By placing an order you 
confirm you are 18 years of age or older.

Subscriptions:
Subscription orders renew automatically every 30 days. 
You may cancel at any time before your renewal date by 
emailing support@wynnutrition.com.

Limitation of liability:
WYN Nutrition's liability is limited to the purchase 
price of the product ordered. We are not liable for 
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law:
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of 
California.
